All travel paid for by the National PTA must be booked through the staff Travel Coordinator, Dwain Robertson, who is your personal travel advisor.
Based on current travel policy guidelines, it is recommended that travel arrangements be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended date of departure, whenever possible. Travelers will be emailed the details of the reservations they requested and will have one (1) business day to review that information and respond with any changes. Please bear in mind that prices are guaranteed only when reservations are ticketed, therefore, timely responses are encouraged. Once the traveler approves their itinerary, tickets will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to them. Since most penalty-free changes to ticketed reservations must be made within 24 hours of ticketing, the email needs to be reviewed immediately for accuracy.
For emergency assistance after-hours please call : (888) 928-5813 and mention the code PTA
Please note: After-hours assistance is a billable service and the National PTA is charged for each call, therefore, this service should be utilized only in cases of genuine emergencies.
