Making Good Health Choices

We've collected a variety of parent and PTA leader resources you can use to make good health choices for your family and school community. These resources will contribute to being physically healthy by maintaining a healthy diet and staying active.

Healthy School Lunches

National PTA supports the following:

  • All students have opportunities to be physically active for at least 60 minutes on a regular basis
  • District wide wellness policies are developed, implemented and evaluated with input from students, parents, staff and interested community members

Our programs are easy to host and include steps to plan, promote and host your event. Remember, you can host any of our PTA programs without National PTA grant funding.
