Children’s Grief Awareness Month (CGAM) is dedicated to raising awareness about the prevalence and potential impact of the death of a loved one on a young person. November 18, 2021 is Children's Grief Awareness Day.
National PTA’s Healthy Minds webpage features resources to help families make mental health a daily priority. Resources include everything from guides on having productive family conversations about mental health to tips for better understanding and addressing mental health challenges such as grief and loss or anxiety to suggestions for ways to proactively strengthen mental health such as building resilience.
