Can I update my registration information?

Every registrant will receive a confirmation email that includes their order summary. To make changes to your registration (e.g., contact info, transfers), contact National PTA’s Meetings Department at NPTAMeetings@PTA.org for help.

What is covered in my LegCon registration fee?

The LegCon registration fee covers all National PTA-hosted conference sessions, workshops and events in the conference schedule. Registrants will receive conference materials and can attend a pre-LegCon training, Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. EST. Also, all LegCon 2025 sessions will be viewable for 90 days after the conference ends—that means if you miss something, you can go back and watch a session on-demand through June 7!

How can I receive more information about National PTA’s advocacy work?

You can sign up to receive our monthly PTA Advocacy Insider newsletter and Take Action Alerts regarding federal policy issues. You can visit our Public Policy Platform webpage (to be updated soon for the new Congress) that includes our federal public policy priorities and policy briefs. All registrants will also receive the latest information about PTA’s advocacy efforts and public policy priorities via email leading up to LegCon 2025.

How do I schedule Hill meetings for Wednesday, March 5?

Please register by Wednesday, Feb. 19 to ensure that meetings with your members of Congress can be scheduled. Attendees will participate in virtual Capitol Hill meetings with their members of Congress Wednesday, March 5. National PTA will send instructions to federal legislative chairs (FLCs)—liaisons for federal policy and advocacy in each state PTA—and state presidents, in January. This year, National PTA is offering a new service through our partners at Advocacy Associates who will be assisting your FLCs in scheduling and coordinating all of our virtual Hill meetings. Their team will be joining us on the training webinar on Feb. 25 to discuss their services in detail and how you can access your personalized meeting schedule with all meeting links included, member profiles, sponsored legislation and suggested talking points for HIll Day.  If you need more help, contact National PTA Government Affairs staff at LegCon@PTA.org.

Can I cancel my registration? 

Registration is non-refundable but it can be transferred by contacting National PTA’s Meetings Department at NPTAMeetings@PTA.org.  All content is available until June 7 for on-demand viewing.
