Candidate Narrative 

As a Member Representative, I will prioritize strengthening the partnership between schools and families. I envision developing programs focused on mental health awareness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing resources for families facing challenges, and creating civics workshops that empower parents with information to advocate effectively for their children’s needs. By prioritizing mental well-being and fostering resilience in our youth, we can nurture a generation of confident, capable individuals. I am eager to bring my experience, passion, and collaborative spirit to the National PTA Board.

I believe my collaborative approach, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to the PTA Mission make me the right choice to help guide National PTA into the future. Vote for Gerrod Tyler—because when families, schools, and communities work together, every child wins!
