  • In 1999 I finally married my best friend, Charles Wesley Ross, III.  We have three children, Khiry, Jamyl and Cecily.  Although a divided Falcons | Dolphins household we are all true to the sport of Football and have lasted in the same home for more than 20 years!

One of our most overlooked superpowers in life is the power of our beliefs! Our deeply held-beliefs control how we perceive the world around us, how we interact with people, even what we think is possible.  Shanda Ross has enhanced and empowered her leadership capabilities of over the years! 

To stop—take a breath and look around for opportunities to expand personally and as an association to those people, businesses and organizations who are not yet part of the work we do in our communities, I am truly humbled and excited to apply the strengths of communication, patience and care! 

Reaching out to those who share a similar passion for advocacy work and join forces will enthuse and inspire those who already are advocates for students, parents, teachers and schools and work towards our mission effectively. 

WE believe in collaborating with a mission, work in partnership with a wide array of individuals and organizations to national origin, Shanda Ross offers insight into engaging today’s women and families as a conduit to share ideas to revolutionize and be innovative in our schools.

WE inspire millennials, Gen Xers and beyond to become the next generation of our solutions to today's problems.  Shanda Ross is committed to providing our members and the community with the utmost service and dedication, and to perpetuate the principles of advocating for children.
