Event to Feature a Healthy Minds Summit with Industry Leaders from Child Mind Institute, National Association of School Psychologists and Mental Health America

WHAT AND WHO

Parents and education leaders from across the country will tune in June 17-26 for National PTA’s 2021 Virtual Convention & Expo. During the conference, attendees will hear from speakers, participate in workshops and trainings, and celebrate standout members and students. The convention is designed to inspire and empower participants to expand their outreach and impact in their school communities.

Event keynote speakers include John C. Maxwell, New York Times bestselling author, speaker, coach and leader; Juliana Urtubey, 2021 National Teacher of the Year; Jason Linton, popular TikTok creator (@dadlifejason) and adoptive father of three; and actress, producer and entrepreneur Sarah Michelle Gellar. Attendees will also hear from National PTA’s President Leslie Boggs, President-Elect Anna King and Executive Director Nathan R. Monell, CAE, as well as leaders of local PTAs across the country.

The convention will include a Healthy Minds Summit featuring industry leaders from Child Mind Institute, National Association of School Psychologists and Mental Health America; a diversity, equity and inclusion celebration; and a celebration of the winners of National PTA’s 2020-2021 Reflections student art program. At the conclusion of the convention, Anna King will be installed as the 57th president of National PTA.
