National PTA to Host Free Community Event for Columbus Families

Event to feature hands-on activities, student performances, live music, games and face painting

WHAT:
On Saturday, June 22, National PTA will host a free community event for families at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The event, called PTA Palooza, will feature face painting; a henna tattoo artist; games; a literacy lounge; and hands-on activities, including STEM stations in a COSI booth and crafts in a Columbus Museum of Art booth. There will also be live music, a roaming stilt walker and unicycling juggler from Amazing Giants and student performances, including Columbus Children’s Theatre. PTA Palooza is part of the 2019 National PTA Convention & Expo.
