Dr. Teri Quinn Gray is chief operating officer at Provivi, Inc. and currently serves on the National PTA Board of Directors. Dr. Gray holds a B.S. in chemistry from Jackson State University in Mississippi and doctorate in analytical chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park.

An active PTA leader in Delaware, has served as unit president at Keene Elementary School from 2005-06, unit treasurer at Gauger-Cobbs Middle School from 2007-08 and membership chair at Shue-Medill Middle School from 2008-09. She also served as president of the Delaware Board of Education for eight years.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of technology experience, Dr. Gray has a strong background in leadership roles and operations within the chemical industry. Her advocacy continues with service on the Board of Directors for the American Chemical Society and community boards, including First State Action, Delaware Foundation for Science and Math Education (DFSME), Community Education Building, the Delaware Campaign for Achievement Now (DECAN) and Zip Code Wilmington. Dr. Gray and her husband have a teenage son.
