Stacey Mollinet serves on the National PTA Board of Directors as well as on the National PTA Field Service Committee. She has served in PTA for over 28 years beginning as a student PTSA board member during high school. She has served as the Utah PTA President (2021 - 2023) and serves as a council president.
Stacey is passionate about training and mentoring PTA leaders. She established Utah PTA’s Leadership Academy and is helping Utah PTA develop a leadership training library. She enjoys the areas of advocacy, membership, finance, and technology. She played a key role in modernizing the Utah PTA website to facilitate online entries for Reflections and awards, report submissions, and improved navigation. She has served in numerous positions at all levels of PTA including state treasurer and region director.
Stacey serves in her church, where she is the president of the children’s primary organization. Stacey worked as a computer programmer specializing in educational software before taking an extended break as a stay-at-home mom. For the past 18 years, Stacey has owned and managed long term rental properties and recently opened her first short term rental. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, their 5 children and 3 spouses, and two granddaughters.
