Jeff Price was elected to the National PTA Board of Directors in June 2021 and re-elected in June 2023. He currently serves on the national Membership Committee. Price has been involved in PTA for over 10 years, previously serving as a member of the National PTA Strategic Outreach Committee, secretary for California State PTA and various other positions at the state and local levels. His favorite thing about PTA is knowing that he is making a difference.  

Outside of PTA, Price served as a member of the Long Beach Transit Board of Directors (2020-2021) and other positions for the city of Long Beach. Other previous community involvement includes a California Senate appointment on the California Court Ordered and Traffic Related Debt Task Force (2013-2014) and the California Council on Criminal Justice (2008-2010).  

Professionally, Price is an attorney and partner at Morrison, LaRossa, Price & Iturrioz, APC. He holds a juris doctorate from Whittier Law School and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.  

He has been honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award, a LAMBDA Human Rights Award and the Mentor of the Year Award from Volunteers in Parole (VIP). He is also a two-time Golden Oak Award winner.  

Price, his husband and their son reside in California. In his downtime, he greatly enjoys reading, traveling and watching his son play soccer.
