Welcome to National PTA's Parent Involvement Schools of Excellence registration page.

If your school intends to participate in the program, a representative must register the school on National PTA's website. Complete all of the required fields on the school information form and click on "Register." You can then view and print the PDF version of the assessment. The person completing the form will also receive an 11 digit code, which will be needed to return to the site when your school is ready to complete the assessment online and submit an application.
