*** Planned Outages ***

Please note that OMDR may experience short periods of unavailability between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm Thursday, 11/27/08, and between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Saturday, 11/29/08, for scheduled maintenance. All times are Central time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*** Service Alert - Usernames ***

A number of users have experienced problems with their username over the last week. The problems were due to database maintenance activities which have now been completed.

All users should now be able to access OMDR using their customary username. If any users are still experiencing problems, they should contact the Info Center at (800)307-4PTA.

*** File Uploads ***

We are changing the member file upload window to two daily processing windows to increase OMDR system performance. The windows are as follows:

a. 3 AM to 6 AM on M, T, W, R, F, Sa and Su b. 8 PM to 11 PM, on M, T, W, R, and F

We will implement this change on November 10, 2008.

The upload window scheduling will not affect state level dues submissions, which will continue as on demand. As OMDR file upload users submit files, the system will queue these files for processing during the windows. The new scheduling window will improve system performance for OMDR users by reducing the processing load during normal business, 8 am to 5 pm.
