Making Reservations
Room availability and the convention rate may not be available after May 23, 2008, so make your hotel reservations early.

Reservations by Phone:
Town and Country Resort, call 1-800-772-8527 and tell them you are with the PTA national convention to receive the convention rate.

Reservations Online
Make your reservation online to receive the PTA convention rate. NOTE: When you make your reservation online, you must provide a credit card number for the deposit.

Changes & Room Cancellations
All requests for changes or cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel, or canceling less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We encourage you to make your convention travel arrangements through our official travel agent, Omega World Travel, for special reduced rates on selected air carriers.
