Update Your Records! The 2008 PTA Back-to-School Kit will mail this summer. Help make sure the kit gets into the hands of the 2008-2009 unit president so it can be put to best use. Update your unit’s records with your state PTA office. Deadlines vary by state. If your new president will not be elected by your state’s records update deadline, please ensure that the current president agrees to pass along these valuable tools to his or her successor.

Your unit should receive its Back-to-School kit between mid-July and mid-August via UPS. If you have not received the kit by the end of August and your contact information was updated by your state’s deadline, then contact the national PTA office at info@pta.org or (800) 307-4PTA (4782). Units in the following states will be receiving the kit in a different manner, and unit leaders in these states should contact their state PTA office for information on receiving the kit:
