Roxanne Regean Rinehart-Starks
Roxanne Rinehart-Starks is employed by Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, where she has been a chemist for 30 years. She is the past president of Lake Michigan Water Analysts and enjoys event planning (weddings, parties, funerals, etc.) and cake decorating and floral arrangements.
Her PTA involvement includes National PTA Convention/General Arrangements Committee Co-Chair, Wisconsin PTA Federal Legislative Chair, Wisconsin PTA Legislative, Awards, Policy & Procedure, Diversity and Resolutions Committees and Milwaukee City Council PTA/PTSA's Inc. president. In the past, she has been a National PTA leadership coach, Wisconsin PTA past president and PTA VISTA Volunteer Supervisor, among other things.
Along with her may PTA positions, Roxanne has done much with her community including working with Milwaukee Success−Greater Milwaukee Foundation, DPI Parent Leadership Corps, MPS Foundation Committee, Parents Plus of Wisconsin (PIRC) Executive Board, Good Shepard Lutheran Church Leadership Committee, and Milwaukee Partnership Academy among many others.
She has also won awards and honors such as the Life Achievement Award for National PTA and Wisconsin PTA, MPS Superintendent Apple Award, President's Award for the Midwest Water Analysts Association, Woman of the Year at Holy Redeemer COGIC (Church of God in Christ) and Friend of Education Award for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Roxanne has two adult children, N'Shea and Javonni and one granddaughter, Adriana.
