Helane Robson |
 Helane Robson was elected to serve a two-year term as a member representative to the National PTA Board of Directors in June 2009. She currently serves as the National PTA Legislation Committee Chair. Robson has been a PTA member for 15 years. She became an active PTA volunteer as a volunteer coordinator at her daughter’s elementary school. She served as North Dakota PTA president and a National Council of States member from 2001-2005.
Robson has held many positions at the local, state, and national levels of PTA. In additional to her PTA efforts, Robson is active in her community as a Reach to Recovery volunteer and sits on the EMBRACE committee at Merit Care Hospital. She has also served Fargo Dollars for Scholars, Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation, Senator Conrad’s Advisory Group on Children and the Media, The Arts Education Task Force, and Children’s Lands Alliance Supporting Schools. Robson and her husband Ron have two daughters, Amanda (Adam) and Samantha. |
