One of the most important roles parents play in their children's education is providing homework help and providing proper support for studying. Student success grows when parents assist with homework, support good study habits, and help students prepare for tests.
This back-to-school resource presents helpful advice for parents in the areas of homework help, communication with children, study tips, and more. The site will be updated throughout the summer, so check back frequently for new content or to explore the rest of PTA.org.
You can also find resources and share ideas in PTA's Great Idea Bank, an online community of parents and PTA leaders sharing ideas on parenting, being involved in PTA, working with schools, and more. In addition, PTA will be publishing a family resource for dealing with tough economic times toward the end of June. Please check back for cost saving tips and advice on managing your money and time for the benefit of your children.
