 Aurelio Montemayor was re-appointed to the PTA National Board of Directors to serve a two-year term starting in 2008. He was first appointed to the board in June 2006. He currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee
Montemayor has been a strong advocate for public schools for more than 40 years. Montemayor has directed the Texas Intercultural Development Research Association Parent Information Resource Center, led the Parent Leadership Model, and developed and conducted bilingual workshops and events. |
