Phil Clark

Phil Clark has been a PTA member for more than 15 years. Clark was appointed in June 2007 to serve a two-year term as an At-Large National Council of States Member and was elected by the National Council of States to serve on the National PTA Board of Directors. He was elected as a member representative in 2009.

Clark is the South Carolina PTA president and has served in various positions on the state level. Clark works as the Associate Director for Greenville Family Partnership, which is a non-profit organization with a mission to keep kids, safe, healthy and drug-free by working with parents, schools, and communities.
